Are quarterbacks in the NFL not allowed to get hit when they are releasing the ball anymore? It appears that Justin Tuck was just doing his job but apparently Goodell and NFL officials didn't see it... that way because he was fined $7,500. This was a clean hit. I hope they give the money they stole from him to charity.more>>
