Fantasy scouting report: While Eli has become a $100 million... man, his offensive output might not see much of an upswing in 2009. When Plaxico Burress went out of the lineup, Mannings TD numbers took a hit. The o-line will continue to give Eli protection and Hakeem Nicks might develop into a go-to receiver, but Eli won't have the advantage of a big target to start the '09 season. Word is that the Giants will be throwing the ball to Brandon Jacobs more now that Derrick Ward is out of town, so Eli's completions could go up. While another 20 TD season might seem questionable, Manning was able to cut down on turnovers dramatically in 2008, which helps his fantasy stock.
